My freakin' god, that was the best spoof I've ever seen. Not only did you go to the effort to make it look almost exactly like "Ultimate Showdown" but you also made the lyrics include the same characters. Absolutely...brilliant...*tear*.

Graphics: Well drawn and very similar in style to the original. (10)
Style: (10) is all I need to say.
Sound: The lyrics...I-you...you amaze me. (10)
Humor: I laughed my ass off. (10)
Overall: Absolutely positively orgasmic. (10)

I gotta say, that was really quite funny. Well done. Is this your first flash here on newgrounds? If so, it was done amazingly well. Here's how I graded it:
Graphics: Could be improved a bit. Maybe it was just me, but that tower in the beginning looks a bit funky. Otherwise, very good. (7)
Style: The drawing style reminds me of another animation i've seen, but i just can't put my finger on it. Anyway, it fits to the flash, as goofy, simple, sometimes ridiculous drawings usually make comedy even better. (8)
Sound: Oh my god, the song in the beginning...you must tell me what it's called. It fit oh-so-perfectly. Well done. (10)
Violence: Hehe, nicely done video-game parody. (9)
Humor: Do I really need to explain my grade for this? (10)
Overall: Well done. (9)

Graphics: Oh my freaking gosh, that was positively awesome. So well drawn, such smooth movements, such soft outlines. 10/10
Style: Very realistic, very nice shading...absolutely mouth-watering. 10/10
Sound: All the songs fit perfectly to the flash. My god...I love you. 10/10
Humor: Not only were the characters adorable, but little foot's curiousity was just hilarious. 10/10

Sound: Mr.Bean type of speech. Really nice for international viewers, because they don't have to understand english to know what's going on. 9/10

My freakin' beJesus, you say this is your f-f-fourth submission? *Eyes well up with tears* We need more of you around here. We need more of you flash-makers who actually make a real effort. Now, onto the criticism:

Graphics: Amazingly well done, smooth movements, smooth outlines, nice movements of props and background.
Style: Nice style, very fresh. Simplistic yet detailed.
Sound: Quite well done, the voices fit well, but I felt there should have been a quiet song or two during the entire flash. Maybe there was, but I couldn't hear it.
Humor: Nice ending, hilarious all together. Brought a smile to my face and warmth to my heart.

Really well done. I hope you keep on makin' flashes. And I second what Aka_star said: I want to have your babies, you sweet, sweet man...

Graphics: Generally well done for a first try, I am confident you'll improve though. Try not to make the mushrooms just POP UP.
Style:I've seen this kind of thing before. Originality is what you need.

Not my favorite Neil Cicierega song/Shawn Vulliez animation, but it's certainly a valuable addition to my collection of songs by Neil that absolutely rock. Well done, guys.

Graphics: Absolutely rockin'. Nice, smooth movements, well drawn. *Thumbs up to Shawn*
Style: Anything made by Neil and Shawn has too much style to rate.
Sound: Well, DUH, I think the fact that it's made my Neil is enough to explain. *Googly eyes at Neil, adoring expression on face*
